Chef Joel Mondelo
Before joining Fellinis, Joel competed in some of the industry’s most respected culinary competitions, earning recognition for his skill, creativity, and attention to detail.
Today, he leads our kitchen, bringing a wealth of international experience and a passion for seasonal Mediterranean flavours. His approach is rooted in simplicity: exceptional ingredients, thoughtful cooking, and dishes that are as beautiful as they are satisfying.
