We take food allergies and intolerances very seriously and are committed to accommodating dietary requirements wherever possible.

While we offer a range of gluten-free and allergen-aware dishes, it’s important to note that our kitchen is a shared environment where all major allergens, including gluten and nuts, are used. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of cross-contamination.

For guests with coeliac disease or severe allergies, please speak to a member of our team who will do their best to assist you in making an informed choice.

To help us prepare safely and provide the best possible experience, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice of any allergies or intolerances. Please contact us directly to discuss your requirements.

There is free on street parking in Ambleside from 6pm and, before then, parking is free for up to one hour with a parking disc. If you are planning a longer visit, we recommend using one of the Pay and Display car parks.

We are an independent cinema with five screens across our venues: two at Zeffirellis, two at Zeffs by the Park just down the road, and one above Fellinis.

Movie Deals are available for films showing at all locations, with dining at either Zeffirellis or Fellinis.

Our cinema programme is released weekly and planned in advance on Mondays for the Friday of the same week. Each cinema week runs from Friday through to the following Thursday, with new releases typically opening on a Friday.

Screenings start approximately five minutes after the scheduled time.

Cinema concessions are available for standard screenings (excluding special events and special screenings) for children under 12, guests aged 60+, and students with a valid student card. Please note concessions are only available for screenings beginning before 6.45pm.

Concessions are £8.00, early full price tickets are £9.00, and all shows after 6.45pm are £10.00.

Online tickets are non refundable and non transferable. If you wish to book a Movie Deal, please do not book tickets online and instead call us on 015394 33845. If you have already booked online, we are unable to amend your booking to a Movie Deal.

Screen 1 at Zeffirellis, screens 3 and 4 at Zeffs by the Park, and screen 5 at Fellinis are all wheelchair accessible. Fellinis restaurant is wheelchair accessible, as is the upper level of the Zeffirellis restaurant.

We accept CEA cards at our cinema. We also offer subtitled screenings for guests who are hard of hearing every Tuesday at Fellinis.

Cinema tickets can only be booked online. Table bookings can be made online, or by calling us on 015394 33845. Movie Deals can only be booked over the phone.

Our office is open every day from 9am until 5pm.
